Password Changes
As of 31st July 2009 all student passwords have been reset to your Date of Birth with two numbers
for the day, three letters starting with an uppercase letter for the month and two numbers for the
year, for example 10Dec80. This is a result of switching over to the new student email system.
When your password changes, you MUST change your password using the self service page. If you don't change your password, it will expire very quickly and you will be locked out. If you get locked out, or have a password problem, contact your ICTS helpdesk
